1) Idea Only

Conceptual Engineering – Take ideas from concept/sketch or idea and complete conceptual engineering via 3D modeling

Product Design - Pro-E, Step, IGES, Freeform, Rapid Prototype

Rapid Prototype – Thermojet SLA/SLS

3D Output – Manufacturing Ready

Part Production – Packaging and Shipping

2) Existing Part

Reverse Engineering – Customer supplies an existing part or model and we utilize a digitizing machine to capture the product surface profile data. With the application of corresponding 3D CAD software, we then generate the parametric 3D models for subsequent product design and tool manufacturing.
