In order to manufacture tooling and parts, we start with 3-D data review as well as material specifications. This allows us to quote tooling and part production costs. If needed, we can run FEA analysis and mold flow models. With newly designed parts, we can start with prototype and, based on approval, we build tooling and submit T-1 sample prior to running production.

From initial tooling and machine programming to final assembly and quality control, members of our airplane seating parts and components manufacturing team closely monitor operations at our partnering facilities to ensure accurate results and the highest quality. This oversight allows us to identify potential issues before they emerge as well as capitalize on opportunities for production optimization. We provide you with regular progress updates and keep lines of communication open so that you are always advised on the project status of your aircraft parts.
